I am sure the reason Fenty has turned down the consortiums offer  is due to Politics
Tom Shutes and Jason Stockwoid supported Shona McIssac in the last general election and the regeneration of the town
So please John just sell take your money and get out of GTFC .Your political career is now over with your involvement with Mr May and to save a bit of face and the existence of the football team you say you love

There will be many claiming that this is most certainly not a political discussion but that’s both niaive and foolish. Politics is very much a huge part of this.

He held a high level of office locally which I’ve no doubt impacted his ability to run the club but deep down he probably thought could help him get his vanity project off the page.

He is no doubt petulant enough to turn the deal down because Shutes et al donated to the Labour Party, we’ve seen his petulance so this wouldn’t a shock.

As both a voting member of the public and as a GTFC supporter I feel cheated in every sense by this cretin...
