Deflated but I expected it. It also looks as if getting a victory against us has given Southend a gee-up, beating Colchester 2-0 in the Essex local derby. We now look as if we could be in the bottom two by the end of the festive period and it is going to be tough to turn it around.

There is a reason why we are poor

Edward's and Bennett are nowhere good enough that's why Rovers and City have put them out on loan.
There is a reason FGR let William's go, he is past his best.
As much as they try Gibson, Jackson Jn. & Sisay are non league players thrust into a poor line up. The young pri do not stand a chance either in this poor team.
Hanson is injury prone and Green looks to foul his man and not win the ball. Clifton and Wright will run all day for the team but lack a bit of quality.
Hoping a new manager and owner will give some confidence and some incoming talen
t.
The off the field issues are definitely affecting the team.
Let's hope the new year changes things.


If the football is bad you can always watch the gulls.
