I think on the whole, regardless of how well folk think the club is run, in truth, all we’ve ever done is tread water or pay for Fenty’s mistakes.

The levels of arrogance that has emanated from the club over the years has been awful. Celebrating staying up because one team lost a shed load of points. Then going down and having the audacity to blame something that had happened years before.

Then there has been the countless PR debacles, then we offered advice to Lincoln about avoiding relegation and look what happened.

We championed Covid contracts and made errors with player contracts, not just this season.

The contempt for the fan base and the constant negative narrative. It’s all become tiresome and hopefully this finishes it off.

If Philip Day and Stephen Marley knew of Alex May’s past, they should, as former senior partners in professional companies, resign immediately.

as should Mr Holloway, or have you forgotten he is a board member, and exempt from scrutiny?

For years, all you’ve heard is how Fenty is a very smart man, a Titan of industry and a savvy political operator.

Well he’s just been full-on Columbo’d by a comedian, a local journo and a couple of people on here in the space between KO on Saturday and their lunch break Monday. He’s been forced out of his position of power at the Council, his position at GTFC appears to be hanging by a thread and it now emerges that he has a potential misfeasance claim dangling over him like the sword of Damocles.

Some weekend for such a genius.

Lincoln is a developing city and a more attractive proposition than we are, I hope that you are right as  underwriting a football club even if not heavily investing needs some serious cash , interest and energy

Agree with this regarding Lincoln. It's like comparing apples and oranges. The university is a license to print money.

The aim of argument or discussion should not be victory but progress.

There are a lot of SHIFTY SHIFTERS running about that we don't know about - how many of these are hidden behind accountants and lawyers

I am absolutely sick to the back teeth hearing negative stuff like this. Grimsby has a lot to offer. What about the green revolution offshore, and onshore come to that?

The fishing industry could make a recovery after Brexit trade talks have been finalised. Lincoln is smaller than Grimsby, Lincoln is a beautiful city but how ridiculous to claim it is like comparing apples and oranges. It is not Grimsby v Monaco. That is comparing apples and oranges.
