Absolutely. His resignation in the council proves he has done wrong.
His role as owner of a football club is now untenable.

Clear scrutiny and accountability at the council.

Not the same at the football club that he owns. To shift him would take a concerted effort from fans.

I think social media more generally shows that he has had it. Nobody wants him to stay, apart from hangers on.

I would not like to be him when fans return to BP.
