Yeah, I think I just timed it lucky with when I went on the site.

Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds also in Tier 3.  The rapid-testing is going to be interesting!

Knew it was coming. But absolutely gutted

Taking missing a few Town games out the picture, this might be better for the area.

It means we'll get rapid testing which has had a huge impact in Liverpool.  It should also mean there's increased financial support.

From an incredibly selfish point of view I was hoping we would be back in Tier 2 and could watch the games against Exeter (if moved), Newport and Mansfield in person.  But I'll happily take this area getting the extra support and then going into the Xmas period (where everything is going to be relaxed regardless) and watching the Scunny and Bradford games back to back.

Hull asked for rapid testing kits and were given 10,000, despite having the highest rate in the country, and a population of 250,000. Pathetic really.

Will us being in tier 3 have us at a disadvantage again, as other sides will be able to get some fans in and make a bit more income?

Dunno....

Hard to say without seeing who's in what Tier.  But with the relatively low numbers, I think it's 2,000 or 50% capacity, whichever is lower, for some clubs I wonder if it could make them financially worse off.   Matchday costs will increase but with very limited income.  Take a bigger brain than mine to work it out all out, including taking away the potential income from iFollow too.

That's a real concern.  With some really big cities in Tier 3, can see us getting completely forgotten about when it comes to the testing.

The sheer difference in the amount of places in the North in Tier 3 compared to the South is utterly scandalous

Allocating areas to tiers is all well and good but hasn't Barmy Boris said it's OK to tear up all the tier rules for 5 days 'because it's Christmas' (pathetic) hug Grandma and sit next to a three times removed cousin at a crowded dining table and don't worry about the consequences until mid-January.

Manchester have been royally screwed.  They have a lower R rate than London but are in a tier higher, presumably to spite Andy Burnham.  As for NE Lincs, it's a shame but probably necessary to give the local economy a chance at Christmas.  Hopefully we'll see crowds at BP in time for the new year.

Yes absolutely pathetic idea,  Boris should have waited to see what happens in America 2 weeks after Thanksgiving, watch the cases spike over there,  the same will happen here mid Jan.

Will being in Tier 3 help the NE Lincs economy during the Christmas trading period? Won’t Christmas be over, save for the 5 days of Coronavirusmas, before Tier 3 regions get promoted to Tier 2
