Sorry - since we're in a public health emergency for at least another three months, how is it badly thought through to minimise infections by limiting crowds. Presumably you thought that allowing the Cheltenham Festival to take place and for 3,000 Real Madrid fans into Liverpool earlier this year was a great idea?

It would definitely have been a bad idea to let 3,000 Real fans attend a Liverpool vs Atlético match

I think it’s 4000 or 50%  whichever the least in Tier 1, but 2000 max whatever in Tier 2, none in Tier 3 (as already mentioned)

If Grimsby in Tier 2 (minimum) so perhaps 2000 allowed, will all games still be on iFollow? (What was the cut off criteria?)

All league games were shown on iFollow pre Covid. I suspect the audience size was far smaller and focused on us overseas supporters, so wouldn’t expect that service to change.

Coming to think about it, I think the only improvement on iFollow since Covid is replays. We previously had to rewind !!

If and when we get back in tier 2 and are allowed 2000 fans in the ground, the 1400 STH might not take up the chance to visit the ground if a) they don't feel it is safe enough and b) they can still watch the match on iFollow in the warmth of their house.

There may be upward of a thousand spaces available for each home game, but will GTFC still take the 1400 as being expected to turn up?

Wonder what crowd restrictions there will be on Dido Harding's horse racing, bet it won't be so draconian for them.

It was only available to overseas viewers before Covid, except for the odd midweek game.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

Ooh tier this, tier that, 4000 here, 2000 there.
They take everything away from us in all aspects of life then sit back and sneer at us fighting over every little scrap they deign to throw back at us.
I don't understand what's going on in this world but it's nothing to do with our wellbeing.

Grimsby & Cleethorpes both have Tory MPs so you can guarantee NE Lincs will be in a lower tier than they probably should be.

If there was ever a case of cure being worse than the disease this is it

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.
