Tiers will be determined on numbers per population who have tested positive for Covid but also current strains on NHS in that area. Potential for movement down (and up) the tiers. They said there was potential for movement up and down last time but continued to keep the north in lockdown regardless. Places such as Kirklees have been in restrictions since March now.

Some clubs will benefit from being in Tiers 1 & 2 with home fans backing them, sadly we won’t.
