Strictly speaking it's not official. It's been 'called' but not official until all the votes counted (still counting) and the EC needs to meet to confirm it.

It's not close though is it? Biden is heading towards a 306-232 victory (the exact reverse of 2016) with Pennsylvania & Georgia both looking set to go to Biden. And he doesn't even need them to become President. Fox News already have Biden on 264 with Nevada (6) yet to be declared but a safe Democrat state. Sky Bet have Biden 1/9. Trump has no legal or ethical way of winning the election.
