Everyone is going to focus on the goalkeeper mistake but I think the game could have been won with some more quality in the attacking half of the pitch. Set pieces lacking, we still can't take a throw in that isn't obvious as nobody does anything to give a real option. Some quality free kicks would have won us goals. Windsor is a strong lad who wants the ball but at times probably got in the way or spent too long messing about with it. We want him on the end of chances we create but often the one trying to create the chance or track back to defend when we need him as somebody to get the ball to on a counter attack. Kind of a Bogle at times that wants to do everything himself when he gets frustrated.

What's the odds on a Macca thread tonight

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

We are just very careless with the ball from 1 to 11 evidently.

A draw was a fair result as both teams where bang average.

Macca has always earned us more points than cost us. He put his hand up straight away and I’m sure his first words when he got into the changing room were I’m sorry.

Not excusing it, but it happens. De Gea and Kepa, two of the world's best have been making mistakes galore recently. No hiding place for keepers.

The Cheltenham keeper threw one in against us recently.

There’s keepers who’ve played for us who would have been slaughtered for that

You enjoyed our performance today then? Macca your MOM was he?

If I ever thought you gave balanced views I may agree with you. You are driven only by your cynical nature - its exhausting and sad.

Well, we didn't lose and have another point in the bag. Not much else to get excited about that performance.

They weren't much better and are in a play off spot.

Quoted from Posh Harry
It’s the same keeper who produced a worldie against orient to give us the win. The nature of the beast. Sometimes they are the hero, sometimes the villain!

Worldies are one thing but basic errors are different. You don't expect a goalie to pull off a wonder save but  when he does it's great .You do ,however , expect him to do his " bread and butter " work without errors . It's the same with an outfield player. It's great when he can ping a 50 yard pass to a players feet but if he consistently  can't execute a 5 yard pass then he becomes a liability.
