With the season starting later this year, it seems to have come round a lot quicker this year but the draw for the final qualifying round of The FA Cup was made yesterday, with games being played  a week on Saturday and 1st Round games on 7th November,.

Anyone from this lot you fancy, although we'll no doubt get someone boring like Tranmere away! As far as I know the first round isn't regionalised so we could get any of these. Chorley should have played Macclesfield by the way.

1 Darlington v Cambridge City
2 Stafford Rangers v Skelmersdale United
3 Solihull Moors v Wrexham
4 Banbury United v Bury Town
5 South Shields v FA Halifax Town
6 Ilkeston Town v Hartlepool United
7 FC United of Manchester v Guiseley
8 Brackley Town v Marske United
9 Kings Lynn Town v Notts County
10 Stockport County v Chesterfield
11 AFC Fylde v Altrincham
12 Chester v Marine
*Chorley (bye to first round proper)

The South

13 Maidenhead United v Cray Valley (PM)
14 Canvey Island v Cray Wanderers
15 Wealdstone v Hayes & Yeading United
16 Sutton United v Bromley
17 Tonbridge Angels v Taunton Town
18 Hemel Hempsted Town v Hampton & Richmond Borough
19 Aldershot Town v Woking
20 Maldon & Tiptree v Haringey Borough
21 Dagenham & Redbridge v Hartley Wintney
22 Leiston v Barnet
23 Weymouth v Oxford City
24 Eastbourne Borough v Dulwich Hamlet
25 Eastleigh v Weston-Super-Mare
26 Sholing v Torquay United
27 Bath City v Havant & Waterlooville
28 Boreham Wood v Wimborne Town
29 Yeovil Town v Dover Athletic
30 Bishop's Stortford v St Albans City
31 Concord Rangers v Chippenham Town

True.

In the final qualifying round though, some games can have home and away fans, some games can only have home fans. Some games are not allowed any fans.

If we play a team below the conference N or S away aren’t they allowed a certain number in ? Possibly get a ticket that way if an exile is living nearby?

Yeah, the magic of the FA Cup won't be so magic behind closed doors, but hopefully we draw some very beatable teams to get some wonga in the coffers, as prize money for progression is the only way we will get any as things stand. 20 odd grand for first round winners and 30 odd for second round

Watch us get to round 3 and draw Man Utd away.

Ideally the lowest ranked team left in the competition would do us nicely. Would give Ollie the chance to blood some of his newer players without risking the more senior players

Bury Town (Bury St Edmunds ) away sounds good to me just up the road.

Something like that could put us on BT Sports live for a bit of cash.

If we managed to get to Round 3, that would be £50k in the coffers just for winning 2 games. Not to be sniffed at.
I bet that would cover 2 or 3 weeks wages at least.
