It's a matter for individuals. EFL have made a strong statement of support but no one should be peer pressured either way.

This is a separate, but often conflated issue, to BLM. BBC staff and commentators are told not to refer to the global organisation or display badges , T- shirts etc due to the highly politicised debate about this shadowy leadership with some extreme views. Think 'defund the police', Portland riots and the wider culture wars we are importing from America.
We should let folk act on their own conscience, not browbeat them to a false conformity.
