The FA changed the rules on this back in 2002. We benefited then because Georges Santos’ ban from the “battle of Bramall Lane” was served whilst he was in free agent at the start of the 2002/03 season prior to him signing for Town.


Interesting, didn't realise that.

I’ve been called far worse than that for my perceived ethnicity on a pitch and didn’t go crying about it to the ref . I just laughed it off and elbowed my abuser in the face shortly after . Job done !!

Guilty??? In the court of law was it judged then? Or was it suit and tie toffs trying to gain social justice points to make them look good.

Why are so many people easily fooled by victimhood complex.

Whitehouse did nothing wrong and was unfairly treated.

This in my humble opinion was a joke of a ban.........  Whitehouse probably took a few kicks and reacted with an off the cuff comment...........  not a racial tirade against the player............  FFS when are people going to grow a set of bollox and start acting like men.  I don;t care how many red crosses I get, this world is turning into a nampy pampy pile of crap, where people are afraid to say a single world without offending anybody.  Sticks and stones and all of that !!!!  I hate out and out racism, but I really don't think this comment even comes close.........
