So many to choose from. Away from the big ones or the obvious ones one is pick out is our game against Spurs in 1991. The score line makes it look like Spurs dominated the game, but in fact we more than matched them for most of the game. They just took their chances. Erik Thorsvedt in goal for them was immense. A lot of our football was superlative. 17000 in BP - our second last attendance above 15,000, if I remember correctly, the last being Newcastle the following season.

Another ‘below the radar’ game was Gillingham away in 1990. A master class in Buckleyball with Gilbert and Child’s making full use of the width of the pitch, including pinging balls to each other.

Can’t believe it’s 30 years ago.

2 standouts to me where Cup Games...Middlesborough and the replay win at Reading under Buckley.
