Got one booked for June to Lanzarote, and just want it cancelled and refunded so it's over with. Just wondered how others have found the process so far?

Ryanair cancelled the flight yesterday.Long waiting queues.Their online account is down due to people crashing the site trying to get their refund.Likewise been waiting over 4 hours to speak to someone on their webchat. One life,one love .

Got a flight to Seattle with Virgin booked for May, cannot see that going ahead and will have to hope for a refund , luckily not booked any accommodation yet so one less thing to sort
