You would like to think that Dyche is smart enough to recognise that a season on loan somewhere playing first team football is better for both these lads than maybe sitting on the bench waiting for a chance.  Both have massively impressed me but the Premier League is a big, big step up.  Embleton looked quality for us last season and then failed to break into a side a single league above us.  

I hope we're the club that get them for the full season next year, pretty sure there will be interest from bigger clubs and maybe more local to Burnley.

Are Robson and Embleton both back at Sunderland? And have they managed to get near the first team does anyone know?

I thought Robson was steady but imo Benson looks a lot better so I think things have worked out for the best there.
