The technical difficulty was the hosts inability to close down David Burns.

"do as i say and you will get an ice cream, don't and you won't. "

Amongst the blarney at least there was an honest apraisal of the game, felt we didnt deserve to win and self critical of his defensive approach towards the end and no opinion on the penalty as it was given so it didnt matter.

Trying to convince a sensational young player to join us, been to meet his parents.

He did say he told someone he didnt want them as he wasnt one of his boys as he was sad, presuming that means Ogbu and along with his other comments regards standards, timekeeping and helping each other out its clear he has a high regard for old fashioned values and you are either in with that or you are out.

Thanked whoever has sent Flowers to Kim.

Completely agree with him that he should’ve added cardwell instead of Hewitt and probably shortly after we took the lead. Couldn’t get out as we were completely lacking a centre forward today.

One thing that is clear is that this group of players will always throw everything at it.

Got to say i love the guy more each time i hear these post match interviews. Commands endeavour, structure, workrate and respect.
Hear his tone when asked about clarke starting and he was late to the ground. Not happy and made him start from the bench and rightly so.

Could this exciting player in our sights be Joshua Kayode, the talented Rotherham youngster that is being touted as being wanted by several league 2 clubs on loan?

Overall i would never have betted on town getting 7 points from 9 in the last 3 games with such a depleted front line but we have courage now and a belief and fight to grind out a result that we lacked under Jolley.

Still think we need another 3/4 players in to compete top half and can see more departures. So far so good in the window and cant wait to get back to BP.

Is the lad from Rotherham a wide left player?
