— Best signing  - James McKeown
— Worst signing  - Serge Makofo
— Worst selling Not necessarily a sold player but releasing Padraig Amond after promotion back to the football league
— Best manager  Paul Hurst, for getting us back into the league
— Worst manager - Russell Slade. His appointment and subsequent losing streak almost got us relegated back to the conference.
— Best moment - Easy, conference play off final, 2016. Even if it was at least a year too late.
— Worst moment - relegation out of the football league, 2010
— Best goal - Nathan Arnold, conference playoff final 2016. Not technically the best goal but for pure emotion it wins it for me.

I expect there’ll be a lot of similar answers in this thread, but, perhaps controversially, for me the penalty shootout defeat to Bristol Rovers hurt more than relegation in 2010.

In my heart of hearts I knew we deserved to go down, but that play-off final defeat felt so unjust.

That's spot on - no pun intended - totally crushing to lose on pens like that, and weirdly inevitable after that incompetent tw@t Joyce didn't send their keeper off

Haha, maybe he'll be lenient as it's New Year... and we might be getting Ollie, and...  oh well, probably not, I await my deserved criticism for daring to bring this up!

— Best signing      Omar Bogle ( not necessarily the best player but his goals helped us back into the league and we sold him on for a substantial profit)

— Worst signing    So many but for the expectation we had and the flop he turned out to be - Charles Ademeno

— Worst selling     Not a sale but letting Podge go..... a genuine fans' favourite who the board & management should have fought to keep

— Best manager    Paul Hurst ( if only because he brought us promotion and some hope getting back in the league)

— Worst manager   Neil Woods

— Best moment       Nathan Arnold sealing it. Still sends shivers down my spine now when I see the build up, the goal and his and our celebrations

— Worst moment   Final whistle at Burton.  I couldn't believe our board, management and team had let us down so badly

— Best goal         Nathan Arnold's Wembley goal  ( closely followed by Jamille Matt's winner vs Notts County to seal our FL status )
