Van Veen for me. Scored a wonderful goal, then went all gangsta, when he should have been celebrating with his own fans. He didn't really come in for any more stick than any other player as far as i'm aware. Then he was strutting around at the end, hurling abuse at fans and acting like a right d!ck. Think he needs to go back to Holland, smoke some weed and chill out.

As much as he won the game for Scunny, I'd hope that Hurst might have had a word since about his behaviour

Hurst was looking like he was going to get rid earlier in the season and to some extent his re-introduction to the side has re-invigorated their team and maybe saved Hurst from Swann's axe but I can't imagine he'd have been happy with such petulance and arrogance

Or am I just old-fashioned in my values and nowadays anything goes....

From what I saw of Hurst when he was here he doesn't like that kind of thing, If you listen to his post match he eludes to the fact that VonVeen might be looking elsewhere when he gets to a certain tally, Clearly a good player who has a knack of scoring against us which makes the fact he behaves like a tool inexplicable.
