Clear cut? Green and Rose missed one on ones and Hendrie failed to shoot having worked the ball into the centre of the box. Plus Wright hit the post. Literally, all that was missing was finishing, and I'm not sure fear factor will help with that.

.he could have easily caused crowd trouble with his goal celebration.

Well at least thats something our so-called strikers can never be accused of

Warning to Fenty, stick with Limbick, repeat your failure of appointing Woods.

If the players want Limbick as manager start fcuking winning games.

Penny should have dropped weeks ago maybe they don't want him.

While he has "improved" the product on the eye in some respects it has been at the expense of goals....yesterday our dynamic players Vernam and Wright were too far away from Scunny's less mobile players, their centre halves, who had the muscle on an isolated Green 2 v 1.
We looked solid and on top all over up until 25-30 yds from goal but with effectively 10 behind the ball we should look solid.

We went 2 up front later on which tested their centre halves but all too little too late.

Also...the dynamic corners and set pieces have disappeared from our play.....these at least threatened and produced goals earlier in the season.

Cant knock the effort of the players yesterday, or their togetherness but we need something different in the front line, whether that is fresh signings ( which we have no money for reportedly )  or a formation tweak giving us an actual dedicated front two.

AL doesnt seem to have grasped this.

Limbericks doing a good job in my eyes, got the team playing well. the goals will come, every team goes through this.
I think people are far too quick on here to say get rid, we will be fine.

Plus i think he will be staying on anyway, Ring getting his P45 sort of tells me he has made this decision, after all its the managers call and unless someone is working in the background without being announced yet it looks like Limberick.

Tbf thought we looked organised and played some decent football yesterday.. but let down big time again by the finishing and final pass.

Not sure what a new manager could do with them think the board are going to have to bring some more quality in up front to give whoever a chance.

Perhaps we may get in a loanee forward from a league one side who’s not getting a game regularly?, I think maybe the championship is too much to hope for, unless a youngster
