Does anyone know how sales are getting on ? Can’t see anything on line anywhere.
I can’t make Saturday so will be hoping to get two on general sale Sunday.

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

Unlike our other county neighbours with a newly found fanbase Scunny always do sell out. Our true county rivals IMO.

Fair play for a good effort, but I don't fancy this one.  Christmas money needed, freezing cold, two gash teams, and no prospect of a decent day out even if the game is ok as Humberside Police will doubtless treat this like West Ham - Millwall held in Raqqa.

Totally agree with this.  Is really will be a damp squib in my opinion. I don't think anyone should bother.

If our ambitions this year stretch to mid-table obscurity at best and given that we are out of all the cups I'm looking forward to the two derby games as being the "potential" highlights of the season. Here's hoping for a cracking atmosphere and a win against the ear cupper and co.

Having spent some £88 on tickets for tomorrow and Scunny, it would be nice to see some entertaining football. Wouldn’t want to overvalue the product would we 🙄

GTFC Official Site -

"Tickets for next week's derby against Scunthorpe United are selling fast - with the Lower Youngs now sold out and only slight restricted view seats remaining in the Upper Youngs stand.

However, there is still good availability in the Main Stand and the Pontoon Stand."

Yes of course.  Being 25 miles further in land creates deformities.  You are a real irritant you mate, I can tell that already.  Whats with you and this constant stream of (attempted) "funny" pictures like?  Do you actually think they are amusing to anyone over the age of 6?

It's quite straight forward Scunt, light hearted fun people like them, people with poles up their rear end and are personality vacuums don't like them.

I already had you for the later as most Scunts I know are miserable sour faced and suck the life out of everything. I would say all the pollutants that the steel works has an environmental licence to pollute has more to do with the mutations than being inland but I wouldn't expect you to understand that as you mope around under that yellow cloud breathing in the small particulates pumped out by the steel works.

Tell me Scunt, as an outsider, what do you think of the human race?

Mr Cammack, I'm intrigued... Are you 'between jobs' or perhaps unable to get out much at the moment? I'm looking for a reason for the inordinate amount of time you seem to spend on this site, a resource dedicated to a team you obviously dislike, and used by a majority of people you appear to find beneath you. A glance at this (dreadfully dull) thread reveals you posted on here last night, again this morning, and on several previous days...Do you not have anything better to do? I look forward to returning at some point over the weekend to read one of your trademark condescending replies.

Interesting to hear you are so "intrigued" in what I choose to do with my time.  Very flattering.

I am full time employed in a commercial role, my definition of inordinate clearly differs to yours, and I am puzzled as to who I have stated was "beneath" me?  This Marinerz93 character is clearly a bit of a boring pest who thinks he is funny for some reason, but that doesn't mean he is beneath me, just a very different person.

Thanks for your high level of interest in me - unfortunately I don't reciprocate in the slightest, and your contribution has sadly not removed any perceived dullness.

Perhaps not one of my best digs then Stevie and I come in peace.

Often there is a man selling the Big Issue outside of our pub called the Nottingham, when we leave; and I always give him a pound. I am as sure as I can be that he is a genuine man.

I am still touched by a polite man in Lincoln who as I passed under a disused shop about 15 years ago, gave me the time. It was all he had that he could give as a service and I gave him the £2 I had in money.

Mr Cammack, please clarify once and for all whether your a scunt or a codhead, I know you have said previously that your user name is unfortunate to be that of a previous scunt player. So if you are really Town give us some history of your support, e.g. How often you attend nowadays, did you go to any of the various playoff finals, who was playing when you first started attending games, etc, or just come out and admit your a scunt, we don't mind opposition fans coming on here if they write intelligently and don't just try to rub our noses in various crap comments, we had enough of that from the gimps.

I love the fast show and you remind me of Archie, a bore who leeches onto to people because people on here will respond to you where as the ironbru it's just fanny64 and one other moderator who have multiple identities to make out the iron bru has more than 2 posters.

I guess you are just sad because I won't be your Ted eh Ralph, I am concerned you mention kiddies a lot, although it sort of fits the profile your portraying.

Ahem.
Surely staying within the forum rules is the only requisite ??

Like the first week in a new infants school this.  I'm obviously a Scunny fan and have never claimed otherwise.  Do you think YOU write intelligently?  Need to check the barometer...

Sorry Mr Cammack but in a previous post you DID claim to support Town, so please don't come on here stating otherwise.

And when have I done that exactly Mr. Internet Policeman?  Thanks for your grudging permission to post on an internet forum by the way, I'm thrilled.  Priceless this to be fair

OK - but I didn't.  Apart from that, you are spot on like.

And Mr. Northbank:

"Don't come on here and be abusive".

The names Steve..you wanna get aggressive with me and our fans then take it we will with you...you be reasoned in your approach and so will we..
You're demeanor riles me and, if I say so, I don't like you even though I've never met you
I had the same shite to deal with last season with the gimps but some had something constructive to say, yet all you want to do us rub people up the wrong way .. well, it worked with me, I'll admit that.

I'd be interested to see you quote exactly what I have said what has worked you in to a fury Steve.

Also a quote of these imaginary claims of me being a Grimsby fan would be interesting to see....I wouldn't make MI5 I don't think, undercover as a codhead with the username Stevie Cammack.

I don't "wanna get aggressive" with you, or anyone else really.  A strange offer to make for such a "reasonable" man.....

Sorry I have offended you by posting on a 'board' that you perceive is 'yours'.  But you will just have to deal with it I'm afraid, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things eh?

Fair enough mate.  I too will cope just fine without you "dealing" with me.  People like you are a great study - preach to others how they should be behaving, and fly off the handle with insults when you don't get your own way.

Oh I'm no keyboard warrior...I just don't suffer fools like you...you want to meet for a pint I'll gladly do that...I won'tstand by and watch and not have my say when people like yourself have the audacity to drop into a site and be biggy big balls just because times are sweet with their club while we struggle for a result.
Why don't you go be supportive to the iron rather than enjoy wallowing in our demise... believe me we can do that without your interjection.

Thanks but no thanks.  You sure showed me!

Could you please quote these occasions I have been "billy big balls", and "aggressive".  Genuinely curious to see and understand what has brought out the keyboard warrior in you.

Fair play for not "standing by" though mate.  As the Hulkster himself would have said -

"I gotta be a man, I can't let it slide...I am a Real Grimbarian, find for the rights of every (Grimsby) man, I am real Grimbarian...fight for whats right, fight for this site!!"

Like I said, I'm no keyboard warrior, I offer for you to stand face to face with me, no aggression and with a genuine agenda to see who you realy are, yet you decline the offer....so go back behind your keyboard Stevie and I will stick to supporting my club rather than annoying other clubs supporters/fans...

Steady Northbank Mariner, you are feeding this troll and he most likely sat in a puddle of his own juices right now.

Aye, the railtracks and Frod Road were the last two times you saw our backs after you came around.....

I have never seen us win a match of any note at BP, so I think you may be a touch over generous with that comment!
