Whether it's the best league or not the premier U23 teams are not that good as up to now non of them have made the EFL cup final against 3/4 division teams.

Well I've just watched the Norwich v Arsenal game and what a game that was, fast and skillful, edge of the seat stuff.
Then again I'm used to seeing it lumped up to Hanson and pray something happens so I'm easily impressed.
