It's obvious isn't it... Out of the candidates posted he is by far the least experienced in the managers hotseat, BUT has an historic link with Town so he must be great!

But I'd like Tisdale, tried and trusted playing exciting attacking football.

Whether someone 'knows the club' doesn't come close to someone with a proven track record, I just don't get it why it's always favoured.

There may be occasion during a crisis of lack of identity such a person fits the bell, especially if couple with them having success on their fledging career, but for sentiments sake no.
