Naturally pleased whenever Town do well, especially against what looks like a fairly strong Sunderland line-up which includes several million pounds worth of talent (Will Grigg alone was £4m) but at the same time I'm keen to be of this competition as soon as possible. I haven't attended a single EFL Trophy game since the 'elite' clubs were introduced and I don't intend to anytime soon, but I'd hate the dilemma of potentially opting not to watch Town in a Wembley final if we got there. A smooth sea never made a skillful mariner.

You’re right Moosey If I remember correctly he was POTY one season when he was a pretty consistent & competent right back Combine that with the goals he scored he certainly had some ability but his demise as a professional was more about application and attitude than his aptitude
