In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions. Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them. GOD

We will soon recover that from our sensational run in the FA cup.   As for the Mullen cut, I used to have one of those in the 80s and looking back at the photos, I looked a right male private.   Joking apart, I think you have to pay a lot of money to become a director, unless you are of a certain prestigious ilk. Which seemed to not be the Mullens, the Trust, but include Mr Shouty and Mr Racehorse Owner, who as far as I can see, have a couple of thousand pounds of shares and £100 of respectively. . Supporting Town for 65 years.
