Gibson is the only player on the pitch whos manged to pass the ball more than 5 yards to his own teamate unlike Cook, Whitehouse, Green, Ogbu  Hansen or Hendrie

Not sure what Gibsons done to deserve that review? I think bringing Hewitt on is an attempt to get better delivery in the last third. Ive seen lve seen liitle thst impresses me from whitehouse so far.

The only bright spot is that Salford don't look like scoring if we don't give away any silly free kicks. Need to get the players motivated because a few don't look like they are there to play today. Lots of aimless, slow paced passing around and not enough taking the game to them. They aren't particularly convincing defensively it's just we have not given them much to deal with.

Frustrating watch this. Salford happy to let us lose the ball ourselves after 30 pass ‘moves’ before an aimless/brainless ball forward to someone who’s not arsed enough to even think about moving for it. I don’t understand the sub but at least Hewitt isn’t playing centre mid. Ohman looked gutted.

Great freekick Cokie 1-1

I don't mind Roy Keane making £60,000 a week. I was making the same when I was playing. The only difference was I was printing my own - Mickey Thomas

The area you are trying to protect at corners is the goal - Chris Kamara

I once said Gazza's IQ was less than his shirt number and he asked me: What's an IQ? - George Best

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”
