Looking at that squad there isn't a player I would think oh no hes not playing is he (though my jurys still out on Ring/Gibson}.

Well they both a bit injury prone so hopefully can stay fit enough between them to cover one starting berth!

But welcome Robson, seems a highly rated player barring fitness issues... But the same was said of Hanson and that's going okay thus far (cue the jinx 😬)

To get the higher grade of player through the door that's the trade off/risk a club like Grimsby often has to take. I seem to remember Buckley doing similar - Southall, Burnett couple of examples that spring to mind.
