Another Monkey Hanger scenario

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

I couldnt help but notice from Hurst's interview that he had a couple of comments aimed towards the support....something along the lines of "people need to understand that if we play backwards we are keeping possession" ..which i presume means at some point the crowd were booing or voicing their disapproval ..there was another one as well.....hasnt taken him long to get to the spikey with the fans stage.

Also listening to Sir Ian Botham who had one or two grumbles about the team selection/ style and in particular the dropping of "Kev" (Van Veen)....and adding what i thought was a thinly veiled barb " the manager sees them everyday so he must have his reasons" .

Pressure is building i reckon.....shouldnt be too long before the Scunny fans get told they have been spoilt by beating us

Alright?

Oh, you’re misquoting me now. Of course, at it’s peak the football was fúcking brilliant - I was merely making the point that post-match interviews had no impact on what happened on the pitch, you rotter.

Scunthorpe don't have the history -Bill Shanklys boot room et al, the pedigree, the partisan support to make a true football man be swept away and instantly fall in love with them.

Think Cammack will be hiding under a rock for a while 😂

He'll be under that slag heap, where he belongs.

He's probably gone back to Scunny to help them make the numbers up as the Scunts last home game was 1,000 down on our last home game

Supporting the Mighty Mariners for over 30 years, home town club is were the heart and soul is and it's great to be a part of it.

I love the way the deluded f***rs think it’s their divine right to have a manager with real pedigree who engages positively with everyone he comes across and has ambition to take everyone involved with his club forward ....... and is willing to spend some of his own money ......... just like the bloke in charge down the road at GTFC 😂😂😂😂😂

They’re all bell choppers !!

Yeah not like every other football fan think this.
