Looking at peoples predictions for the starting 11 and bench for tomorrow really points out how light on the ground we are. We have the exact amount of players to put out a team and subs and that includes vernam who hasnt kicked a ball in anger this pre season.
Gibson and Cardwell are the only other 2 and they are injured.
As Jolley has sent Buckley and Curran out on loan he must be confident of bringing in at least 2 more before season starts.

Before the window closes i meant. Theres space in the squad for another full back, centre back and a midfielder. That would give us a squad of 23 players

Be interested to see if we can bring any one in from Sunderland on loan again. Was well documented that they were really pleased with how we handled embeltons development and giving him game time .

Lots of rumours at the start of pre season about another young creative midfielder from them but as with any transfer knowledge it's all guess work. Do think that's an area we need to bring someone in tho as we saw the impact embelton had last year. A spark of creativity will help out forwards massively this year
