I listened to it live, really just banal questions with banal answers from all the managers, nothing new learned at all.

I listened to the first 20 minutes this morning when walking the dogs and nearly fell asleep!  Jolley is very guarded anyway but I'd almost forgotten how dull Hurst is!

Asked what reception he expects from Town fans, he said some will be positive some negative, see what I mean about banal answers

Hang on, if it's a draw then a team hasn't scored the most goals 🤔😂

And what sort of questions did you want to see asked that weren’t? Half of them were sent in by supporters anyway and there were a few good ones.
I thought it was a moderately interesting listen and that Jolley and Hurst came across more positively than McCann.
I found it noteworthy that Hurst thinks his squad is 5 players short of what he’d like. Maybe they’ll be slow starters? Perhaps his budget isn’t as big as some assume?

It would be great (dare I say, epic) banter if Hurst walked out cupping his ears

Would be better if the fans stood up and cupped there ears when he walked out

Good listen imho- not sure what more people want/expected.  Covered most topics, insight on what want from season, recruitment issues, travel, budgets, links, prospects etc etc

Might go down like a lead balloon but the honest appraisal, including Hurst answer on returning to BP, and he felt club hadn’t progressed after promotion, together with there’ll be some who boo and some who’ll appreciate job he did - it was spot on. A fair balance of questions between clubs - enjoy it whilst it lasts. Good job RH Sports Talk.

Thanks for this!

I was struggling to concentrate with work being dull today then Paul Hurst started talking and it suddenly made everything distinctly more interesting.

F me the guy is a boring MF.

I can only think he’s 4 players short. Toto, Rodman, Shop and Nolan...I wonder who the 5th transfer target is 😂

I had to turn it off because they kept asking Hurst to talk.
