I have just listened to the Fenty interview with David Burns.

If a takeover can be agreed it is the most important thing to be happening to our club for donkey's years. After a truly dismal and turgid 15 or so years he tried to advance the argument that he has acted in all humility (what context that was in I am not sure) and that he needed to be sure the new owners were the right fit for GTFC! A few "quite frankly's" interspersed with all available cliches shone no light on the situation whatsoever.

Negotiating with him must be like nailing jelly to the wall. If Mr Shutes has been in talks for a year, credit to him for sticking with it, but what is the sticking point? If somebody wants to buy Fenty out, even with some loss to Mr Fenty then surely he owes it to long-suffering fans and the town in general to accept it?

If this takeover speculation carry's on for a while I can see this thread being a record breaker, it'll be pushing towards 400 posts by tomorrow evening.

Unfortunately for you, you left 2 half socks and a shoulder out of your scribbles. One half sock is the bottom and it's black, the other is the top and it's light blue. Shoulder is light blue. From the flag in the corner it's probably a team that plays in red and white. Only team with those kits is Stevenage. Google the highlights and you see the same flag and the same goalkeeper... busted
