So our proposed takeover has been going on for a good few months and seems llke it could be a while to completion yet, but Bury are given until sometime today to get sorted, it makes you wonder what our problem is?

It's taken more than thirty years and counting for us to get nowhere with a new stadium and it's taken more than my lifetime waiting for the council to properly regenerate NE Lincs. Trying to solve all that in one go is going to take a huge effort and solve issues that have never been solved before by many many people. Patience is key and let Shutes & Co have the respect, chance and time to pull it all together. A few months for such positive and needed gains is nothing in comparable terms..

So are we saying without the regeneration including the new ground Shutes isn't interested.

Why doesn't he get a duck trainer, then they can be trained to sit in a nice row.

If you care to read all my posts you will see that I have criticised JF on several occasions. I have frequently said that his tenure has been a disaster, his PR is terrible, some of his statements are ludicrous and we need a new owner. What I don't understand is the constant and often repeated same arguments against him , almost as if it has to be hammered home that he is wrong time and time again. It's almost like digging up a dead horse and shooting it again just to make sure it's dead.
I make no excuse for the fact that I think his initial loans saved the club and I see nothing wrong in him wanting them back.

Presumably after all he's not likely to want to own the club as it stands in BP is he? Don't forget he has no real interest in a football club just the club's potential role in regenerating the town itself in the form of a new ground
