Well, it seems that his Wikipedia page confirms that Matt Green has signed...

Pretty sure that's who I saw in club shop, but my facial recognition software in my brain is not to be trusted..best wait for club announcement.

If it is Matt Green, are we excited? I don't remember much about him.

The internet states he had an unbelievable (2/3) record at Mansfield 6 years ago  in the conference. Big move to Birmingham but injured for most of it. Then back to Mansfield up to 2 years ago (down to a still good 1/3 in League 2). Late full season around 1/4 in league 2 at Lincoln - still useful goes. Not first choice last season in League 2 or Conference (all be it behind Rooney).

A striker on the decline, or someone to weigh in with much needed goals to replace or better Wes Thomas's total?

sorry, but distinctly underwhelmed. 4 goals in 21 conference appearances hardly gets those neck hairs springing to attention.

that was only in 6 months though, he got 10 goals over a season even though he must've been unsettled. I think what we've got is someone who can put them away IF we get the players to create the opportunities
