Throwing guesses into the wind by random names people on twitter link us with doesn't make you right or somebody with insider knowledge. Was told he was signing on Monday and when that didn't happen time to add a couple more days on in the hope he'll arrive. He was literally either signing for us or Bradford so when Bradford went with a similar striker you could pretty much put money on him signing here.

Pick any 3 players we get linked with and say they are signing by next week and one of them will. It works for Forza and friends.

I highly doubt we were ever interested mate.

It’s never even been mentioned on our forum, or rumoured anywhere for that matter - apart from on here.

Apparently Grimsby are in talks with John Obika.

He played nearly 100 games for us and I liked him, he seemed strong, powerful and a decent finisher.

Soiled himself by signing for Oxford and he had bad injuries last season I believe.

If he can get back to the form he showed for us when we were pushing for promotion to the Championship, you'll have a very good player (if he signs)
