Greatest moment of that day was when my Dad pulled his hamstring celebrating

I don't mind Roy Keane making £60,000 a week. I was making the same when I was playing. The only difference was I was printing my own - Mickey Thomas

The area you are trying to protect at corners is the goal - Chris Kamara

I remember exactly where I was and everything about that wonderful day up to about eight o'clock in the evening, after that everything is blank until about lunchtime the next day.

Straight out to cleethorpes at which point the players Arrived 11 o clockish? Dont think they had to buy a pint all night. Flew there and back in the day from Scotland for the game. Think I've said it before but at the end of the game I suddenly burst into tears with the enormity of it all and thought "You silly old tw@t!" Turned around and saw dozens more like me doing exactly the same. What a day.

No attempt at ethical or social seduction can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred of the Tory party. So far as I'm concerned they're lower than vermin. Aneurin Bevan.

Wouldn't have minded celebrating with his ex.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

And on This Day In 2016: Town's Open-Top Bus Parade took place.

We watched the bus come down Cleethorpes seafront.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”
