If he does go there, then with him being interviewed weekly on RH, it will be interesting to be able to keep a closer eye on him than was possible during his last two stints. Mainly to see if he's developed in terms of being able to accept a bit of responsibility and whether or not he can take criticism from fans without snidey little digs back at them. I can't imagine he really had to deal with this at Shrewsbury as he was pretty much on one massive long honeymoon period and then his time at Ipswich was cut so short that it's difficult to take anything from.

If the club back him they will be a force to consider next seseon,

BUT

If the board back MJ we will be a force as well.

Should be an interestinfg season for both of us.

I'd rather have Jolley with money to spend than Hurst with money to spend.

An excellent appointment for them but I thought he'd a good chance of getting the Plymouth job. He's unlikely to have much money to spend with The Saddlers.

Hurst was/is a top manager at this level
He cupped his ear in a split second of emotion and he probably regrets it - but FFS can't some of you grow up and move on!
I will applaud him when he returns to GTFC (assuming he gets Scunny job) and then hope we thrash his team

The 'ear-cup' moaners do honestly sound like petulant 8 year olds who've had their favourite toy taken off them

Be positive and give thanks for second best manager of past 30 years... after Lenny Lawrence

Joke... before someone says anything
We all know it's Nicky Law
