Mainly to see if he's developed in terms of being able to accept a bit of responsibility and whether or not he can take criticism from fans without snidey little digs back at them. I can't imagine he really had to deal with this at Shrewsbury as he was pretty much on one massive long honeymoon period and then his time at Ipswich was cut so short that it's difficult to take anything from.
