One word of caution here folks BOLTON what actually happens if all their results get expunged to the rest of the leagues etc?

Don't think that will happen, I think policy is for the two remaining games to be awarded 3-0 to the opposition, would cause way too much trouble if all their results were expunged.

Yeah, it's been a great battle at the top of that division. 4 or 5 really strong teams up there. Sunderland will need a bit of a big goal swing to get automatic though. Seems crazy that Luton haven't been crowned champions yet, too. Got a feeling Charlton will sneak up in the playoffs.

Yeah, a 3 or 4 goal win tonight would make the last day really interesting.

I suppose Scunny could stay up if Bolton go under, by finishing 4th bottom. But even then they'd still need to beat Plymouth and hope that both Walsall and Southend don't win.

I see that BOTH Sunderland and Pompey lost their games in hand last night, so neither can now get automatic promotion as they can't now catch Luton or Barnsley. Sunderland may still want to win their last game though as it'll mean they'll be at home in the 2nd leg of the play-offs.

Saw that last night. It made me smile. If they don't go up at least they'll be able to enjoy watching their first teams compete in the Checkatwat Trophy again.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

2-0 Get in Plymouth

I don't mind Roy Keane making £60,000 a week. I was making the same when I was playing. The only difference was I was printing my own - Mickey Thomas

The area you are trying to protect at corners is the goal - Chris Kamara
