If we don't turn up tomorrow I can see Jolley getting some serious stick from the fans I'm afraid and the atmosphere becoming uncomfortable.

Going for a game of golf, there's as much chance of me having a hole in one as Town scoring.

Must admit I was also considering going for a game of golf, and I don't even play the game.

Take a 6 iron at the par 3. Aim slightly left as the wind is Westerly. Shorten your stance as a 6 maybe slightly too long.
And keep your head down as you strike the ball.  If you do that, you’ll get three holes in one and Dennis will get a hat trick.

If only Carlsberg did coaching 😉

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

This time last year I felt physically sick with nerves. I'll take the abject tedium of tomorrow over that. Nice hot day, few beers, relax doesn't really matter.

Personally, I'd give MJ the summer and next season whatever...in recognition of his near-miraculous relegation escape.
And we are safe this season.

Why not, let’s waste another year or two ..... or six.

But is that the problem,to some of the players "it doesn't really matter" for whatever reason, there on a 2 year contract, or have already been told they won't be here next season.

Haha! Unfortunately I’ve flown 3 hours to be in the same weather as it is at home and I’m sure my lad will find some way of getting commentary or a stream!

Any chance you can persuade Steve Davis to give the team a rousing pep up talk before kick-off on match day?

It’s the last one for me. Me and the lad have season tickets and he still wants to see the Crewe game but I just can’t put myself through it. Would be bad enough if I lived 5 miles away. Hate going when everyone’s given up. You know what’ll happen, especially when we start losing and the beer kicks in. Drawing a line under it after tomorrow. Seems everyone else has.

Something spectacular needs to happen in close season.

I’m going but only because I’m tight and by buying a season ticket I’ve already paid for it.

I’ve managed to get a buddy for the free ticket for the Crewe match too (albeit reluctantly). Will spend the spare £20 in Docks Beers pre match so if we drink enough the performance might be alright!

I've got my season ticket but haven't made my mind up yet. I want to go but I don't, I do but I don't, I do but I don't. If I don't go again I don't think I will be renewing . Absolutely pisssed off- can count the matches that I have enjoyed on one hand. I used to get up on match days with just one thought on my mind, but not any more-can't see it getting any better. Oh shite I'll go----no I wont-----yes I will-----fking decisions---it's supposed to be enjoyable.

The last time I decided not to go to a match I had a ticket for we ended up beating Barnsley 6-1. I can’t see that happening today though as we’re not playing Barnsley.

Wasted years are probably as much as we can hope for without boardroom-level changes, sadly.

I've got a season ticket but honestly it depends on the team sheet if i go. Would like to see some younger players given a chance rather than some older pro's who know the season is over.

Agree, anyone Jolley knows will not be here next season should be " rested" and he should play the youngsters and those he has for next season, so what if we lose, we more than likely wouldn't win with his current team selections anyway.

Don't think the answer is to sack Jolley and start again. That means the team is left unstable a full rebuild Is on the cards YET AGAIN.and more uncertainty.
