Can anyone think of a greater sporting comeback than Tiger Woods coming back from all he has been through to win his fifth Masters and his fifteenth major championship? There must be some contenders but to me this has to be the very best.

That Man Utd v Bayern game (1999) was an amazing game, I don’t support Man Utd at all but that game in the last 10 minutes was amazing.

Not a big Tiger Woods fan but he was really good.

Wanted Poulter to get up there with him but he fell away towards the end.

Federer turning up at the Australian Open in 2017 after being injured for months and winning it at 35 was pretty decent. Probably not as impressive though.

Ivanisovic winning Wimbledon in 2001 off a wild card?

The aim of argument or discussion should not be victory but progress.

At a simple level, there was another incredible come back this week in tennis. And by a young British player.

She was 6-0 and 5-0 down.  Then facing match-point against her.

She then went on to win!!  (Cannot remember her name).
