Lee Cattermole must be the most obvious "he's going to miss this" penalty taker since Richard Brodie in the Trophy final.

Was that in the Scab Cup Final?

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

With a bit of luck they'll both fail to get promoted.

And another reason to wish Pompey no success after they sold out to the Mickey Mouse man. Notts County Mark II.

A boycott is a boycott, you can't "mostly" back it!

I agree. You can’t legislate for the glory hunters who always turn up to these sorts of games though. I reckon there’ll be a few Pompey fans who stayed at home and cut the grass or whatever instead. Fair play to them if there was.

I doubt Pompey fans would of missed this out of choice - would we of??

Those at home cutting the grass were probably doing so because it sold out so quick

What does it tell us about the standard of premier u23 teams if they all get beaten by a league 1/2 team.

No one is claiming lots of Town fans won’t break the boycott. That doesn’t stop us from criticising those who actually have broken it. Until we break the boycott we’re not in that glass hose so we can throw stones (for the hard of thinking, I mean metaphorical stones).

I for one will not go. I still won’t go to Milton Keynes after all this time (not that time changes the principle anyway).
