Reminder to anyone thinking the same that this is his first time managing a professional english team and he has acheived so far

- Saving us from relegation with a crap team when we thought we were gonners

-improving on last season by becoming a midtablish side and had us thinking we might be playoff contenders for a time along the way

-finally got us a bit of a cup run

-managed some level of youth promotion which has been lacking in the past

Seems pretty good to me
