Completely agree with this, just think how many different organisations, companies etc you deal with that gives you the impression you are dealing with complete amateurs. Whenever you get efficient service it stands out, due mainly to the norm being useless.

Usually the worst cases are when the organisation's whole future does not depend on the CEO making a good job of it. In that respect the EFL and the FA  are a bit like the NHS. Some idiot at the top might cost them a lot of money but somebody will bail them out somehow.

Barely anyone fails that, and those that do appeal and are waved through. The test and it’s inplementation are not fit for purpose, let alone those being assessed.
