But was arguably leagues best player last year With them going into the championship next season would love him to fill the Embleton role, but think he may get a l1 club

Vodka Drinker Posts: 7,195 Posts Per Day: 1.24 Reputation: 86.63% Rep Score: +76 / -11 Approval: +29,472 Gold Stars: 1,500	It’s a bit early to be talking targets but Paul McCallum at Eastleigh looks an interesting prospect. 21 goals in the conference so far this season, second top scorer in the league with comfortably the best goals per minute ratio. He’s a big athletic unit, and very strong in the air - the type of player we lack amongst our attacking options at the minute. He’s a good age at 25 and out of contract in the summer. Worth a scout. A smooth sea never made a skillful mariner.

Last week I saw butterflies on Bleaklow, daisies and dandelions at Barton and today it was too hot to garden. The scouts should be busy though for the elusive bigfoot up front. My targets are a start for Dennis, Vernam and RHJ.

Contracted for at another season after this one and with the option of a further year if the club want it, I suspect Luton would be able to command a decent fee too.
