On SkyBet Grimsby is 22/1 to make top 7 finish or 33/1 to make playoffs.
Surely 7th place is in the playoffs so why would you bet on top 7 at only 22/1?

top 7 is 7 places, therefore more likely than just the 4 places available for play offs.

But in Grimsby's case, they are unlikely to make the top 3 and automatic promotion and are more likely to finish in position 4 to 7. Seems a more likely possibility. ??
