Evans is probably paying the price for their good start to the season which has probably raised expectations.

Sixth in league 1 and a good chance of a play-off place, be careful what you wish for Peterborough.

Love him or hate him.....Evans is a good manager.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Just read this. Compare and contrast to MJ following recent games:

There is no comparison, one’s an ignorant fat git with no dress sense who’s Cowley like behaviour often sees him having to sit elsewhere during a game. A great pantomime villain or just a d1ck?

The other is a well aducated “gent” who’s dress sense clearly wins his team points and is clever enough to get his assistant to fire the bullets at the incompetent officiating we suffer week in weekout😉

All that said Evans will be back in a job with a month.

No doubt. With some classless nouveaux riches outfit. There's a pattern if you look at his CV.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

What's the odds on Hurst and Cowley being linked with the Peterborough job

Às they’ve already appointed Darren Ferguson, I suspect they’re quite long.
