Just watching Accrington v Derby. Colman showing how to do 532 properly, As soon as they get possesion wingbacks go flying up the line to near level with the Derby defence. No fear over what Derby might do. Accy move up and down the pitch as a whole team, no big gaps between def/mid/forwards.in or out of possesion.

Accy have been at it a long time. We have not.

Any system needs to be worked on and tweaked. It doesn't happen overnight.

The pitch looks like Blundell Park 20+ years ago.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Derby's old Baseball Ground was more mud then grass, no wonder Fanny Lee couldn't stop standing up in the penalty box.

If you think town fans were fed up with the referee yesterday listen to Coleman after they lost to Derby
