Why don't you want the stadium to be built in Freeman St., surely it makes sense if it helps the regeneration of the area or do you not care?

THIS and the Council seeming to back  a build here surely he should grab it?

In the 18 years you have been in charge you have seen the Club in 4 of the top 5 Divisions but the home crowds have pretty much stayed at 4k . I as a supporter of 40 years have never seen the football club do anything different to increase the support and like I say 18 of those with you in charge. What do you intend doing about this obvious marketing failure ,and don`t you agree with many supporters it`s high time GTFC had a change of direction in that area of the Club to drive it forward?

What is your price for relinquishing control of the club?

What other conditions would prospective buyers have to meet in order to convince you that the cub's interests would be taken care of? Be specific.

This is all that should be asked and answered on the night.  I'm honestly interested in why Fenty is obsessed with Peaks Parkway, the income streams from the cup run, the issues with Freeman Street...but these are all small fry compared to moving this current regime on and in turn moving the club forward.

Name your price, John.  Price and any conditions.  No waffle about custodians of the club and safeguarding the future, let us (and the wider world) know how much it would take and what assurances you feel are required to achieve a successful transfer of ownership.  You never know, there might just be someone lurking in the room who can meet that criteria!

Why are we languishing behind clubs of a similar stature when we have gone through similar experiences in terms of “football fortune”?

In the recent past the club has had 3 Wembley visits, a PO final win, 2 PO semi-finals, a couple of decent FA Cup runs, record ST sales, sold a £30k player for over a million quid and sold a freebie in Dembele for a 6-figure-fee: why have the club been unable to kick on?

Because he's been clawing back loans! The question is whether that's a good thing or a bad thing.

At the current rate of roughly £200k per year going out to service loans, it’s going to be another 10 years before Fenty’s paid off. Is that sustainable?

Not at all. No plan, no new money, no stadium = what's next?

Our floodlights must JUST make the required level of illumination, they are rubbish really. Why can't the club up rate the lighting with the proviso that they can be re-sited in the new ground or is that to difficult to organise?

If the Trust has to pay a large sum to have somebody as a director, how much do the other directors contribute each year?
