Great read and a really interesting insight into his career to date!

Interesting that he didn't mention coaching universities football or the Stiring incident as I'm sure that has gone some way to help shape him as a person.

I've said many time before that I think we've got an absolute gem in MJ, and long may it continue!

Wow. We have a hugely passionate football nut as our manager. He is extremely excited by managing us. He said on the radio tonight that we are a special club with special people and a special area. His passion is now bearing fruit on the pitch, as we are witnessing. We are building and are starting to be exciting to watch and playing for the shirt.
