I see Bishop finally got sent off for Mansfield today, 4 days too late, after he assaulted Embleton right under the nose of the ref. Didn't even get a yellow for that. Should we spend the next hour debating that decision?

End of the day this has been an argument that has gone on for a long time, about early reds and is it fair to make allowances early on, on the one hand it can kill games that fans have paid and travelled to see, on the other should red card offences go unpunished just because of the timing?
Its a grey area that VAR takes away from the game, however teams who play with VAR regularly will have an advantage in a way in that they’ll be more aware of the consequences of making errors

I’m very proud of our lads and support today but can’t help thinking the premier league circus is a playground for cheats.

Today has also confirmed refs are rubbish at every level!

I hope the VAR system is introduced into the premiership next season (don't watch it) it will be hilarious hearing about all the whinging players and managers moaning about it when it goes against them

What a battling performance and they had 33 efforts, 32 where kept out, Macca outstanding and the players can take heart from such tough odds to have stood up against a side that has cost millions more than ours.

The following Town fans again doing us loud and proud, not the outcome we would have wanted, premiership you're having a laugh.
