If you're asking to move a seat in the same stand then I can't see why it should be a problem, providing we're not expecting a sell out.. Obviously to move stand may complicate things slightly as each stand is a different price

Juniors can buy a ticket without purchasing an adult ticket, just because someone has made something up it doesn't make it true. Though let's all have a go at the club without fact checking, eh?

He stated that his sons are six. Six year olds can not buy a ticket without an adult one.

So before gobbing off, try taking your own advice and do some fact checking !!

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

You would think GTFC would bend over backwards to get as many children to attend games wouldn't you? After all they are the STHs of the future. But we're talking about a club which charges more for a children's replica kit than an adult kit so there you go.

Last season i was allowed to change my seat as long as a full house wasnt expected. Rules have changed this year so my kids haven't been and hence lost interest.

a 10 year old, a junior, can buy a ticket. On there own. Who in their right mind would expect a 6 year old to be able to buy a ticket? With child protection concerns for the club, they wouldn't be able to buy one. The fact is, a child can buy a ticket, the problem is everyone jumped at slating the club for not letting a junior have a ticket on their own (bearing in mind we later find out they are 6), which is quite commendable for me as they fulfilled their duty of care. The problem with swapping season tickets is that you 'lose' a seat in effect. Granted, this isn't a big deal generally, though if it was a crows which could potentially fill the ground then it becomes a problem. There is also the problem that as it has been done once for a small crowd, people then expect to be able to do this for every game, then kick off at the ticket office staff because they can't. A blanket ban on moving season ticket seats solves this potential headache.

What I would have suggested is, the chap buys three tickets where he wants to sit. One for himself and two juniors. He later goes back and returns the adult ticket, getting his money back, An inconvenience, yes, though solves his issue.

Truly a testament to The Fishy that we’ve managed to get almost 4 pages out of this, including an argument and a convoluted impractical solution to a a different question.

Excellent work all round chaps

Sometimes a little common sense and customer relations should prevail from the ticket office. #justsaying
