Sacked by Chesterfield. They really are in a mess.
Not sure we will be one of their ‘feeder clubs’ for much longer

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

Gives him more time to write his column in the Daily Mail about " how to be a successful manager "

Can't see Hursty dropping that far so quickly.

John Askey might fancy it though...

I reckon Russell Slade could finish the job there and condemn them to utter and complete obscurity.
It still gives me the shudders what he did to our club and also how many fans on here were so pleased he came back and managed ( I use the term loosely ) us.

I also read in Mad Dogs' column in the Daily Mail that when Chesterfield dropped out the league he reduced the wage bill by £25,000 a week! It makes you wonder what their full wage bill was?

From BBC..

Allen's exit means the Spireites are now looking for their sixth full-time manager since Paul Cook left in May 2015.

Madness - to coin a phrase

Look at Scunny - two successive play offs not good enough for that 'sleeping giant'!
A dose of realism needed but with relative success comes even more expectation
Alexander a good manager IMO

We are on our fourth since getting back in the league and many looking to get rid of the latest a few weeks back, so we can't point too many fingers

In fairness, one of those walked and wasn’t pushed. But I get your drift.

He's had more clubs than Jack Nicklaus.

Still, clears the way for another stint at Barnet. I wonder when that will happen.
